Meet Madeline
I have been passionate about design for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was captivated by shows like House Hunters and and Trading Spaces, always dreaming up new ways to transform the spaces around me. Growing up, I constantly redesigned my own room, rearranging, and rethinking every little detail.
During COVID, I found myself working from home and moving in with my now husband, which reignited my passion for design. It strengthened my belief that our surroundings deeply impact our day to day life. Since then, I have loved helping friends and family design spaces that feel as beautiful and as they are personal.
My style is rooted in West Coast living - effortless, layered, cozy and connected to nature. I am drawn to interiors that bring warmth to Pacific Northwest winters and airy spaces that open up to summer light. I call Issaquah, Washington home, and find constant inspiration in the sea, mountains and desert.
Before fully stepping into interior design, I spent a decade in tech as a Chief of Staff and Project Manager - I am as analytical as I am creative! My previous career continues to shape the way I work, I have a firm grasp on how to move ideas from concept to completion and navigate complex problems with ease (I am the queen of having a backup plan).
Most recently, I’ve worked hands on at a boutique Seattle design firm, deepening my understanding of materials, sourcing, styling, and the day to day realities of design projects of all shapes and sizes. I am formally trained through the Heritage School of Interior Design.
What that means for you is creative, beautiful design supported by a process that is organized and transparent. I care as much about how your project runs as how it looks. You can expect clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a steady hand guiding each step.
My goal? That’s simple! To create timeless spaces for life happen.
With love,
Madeline
